I am rejecting this response because: I never said I left a note on my dashboardI told them I left a note taped to the broken meterWhen I returned to the parking stall, my car was gone, and so was the noteSomeone had obviously removed the note intentionally, because it was securely fastened to the meterIt is easy for the tow company to procure business from cars parked at broken meters.Again, the man does not mention that he lied to me about his name, and that he insisted it would be safe for me to get into his vehicle with him in the middle of the night to drive to an ATM to get cashNo business should jeopardize people's safety in this manner
The business contacted Revdex.com by phone and said they need additional information before they can respond to the complaint Specifically:

expired which took at July 17th 2015 11:34:26 pm. Driver called HPD at 11:47pm to check up. We didn't refused to show them. We asked them to wait outside of gate until driver comes backwith camera. However, we locked the gate for our security. we locked our-self not the people. They are waiting at outside open area. They can ask any help any time to any body. And we answered all the questions they asked. -- Damon K[redacted]Towjams[redacted]
Hi. My name is Damon K[redacted] who is manager from Towjams.
We do have contract from [redacted] Tower that whoever need to park in the guest parking lot they need to
put arrival time and unit number.
My driver arrived at 5/20/2016...
7:03pmAs [redacted] tower asked us random check for the quest parking lot.
This car parked at Guest parking [redacted]. Expired time. Towed the vehicle to [redacted]
Total tow fee is 90$ for hook up with dolly. 52.5$ for the 7 mile fee (7.5$ per mile), 25$ storage fee. Total comes out 167.50$
Call HPD for check at 7:03pm, log in time 7:10pm.
Later night, he called us told me that we illegally tow his car for no reason, he wanted to sue us and drop the business.
Resident Manager called us for let him go for free as favor. However, I told him we can not. I told him only we can wave the mileage fee which was 52.50$
167.50-52.50 = 115$.
He came to yard and only to pay only 100$. He spoke very funny and un-respect way to me. And want to know the owner name of the business. I told him if you have problem, you have to deal with me
or call HPD.

vehiclefrom the metered parking Stall on Kona
St. next to Ala Moana Center. She claimed that the meter was broken and that she left a Noteon her dashboard of her vehicle to that fact. There was no note on her dashboard. On each meter on Kona St there is a stickertelling people that this meter is enforced 24-hours a daywith Our telephone number and address.[redacted] Parking checks each meter constantly to ensure that they are operating properly. At our yard Ms. ** attempted to retrieve money to pay for her tow bill from our ATM machine. The ATM Ran out of money after dispensing $100. At that point Mr. ** added another $10 that she had and put it on our desk ($110) and said that we could call the policeif we wanted to be paid anymore and she attempted to drive off the lot. I close the gate before she could get out,at that point Ms. ** went out of the gate to get the rest of the money from her friendwho brought her to our yard and was waiting. She paid and she left with her vehicle.Sincerely[redacted]

Yep, I'll give you what ever information you need. This just is proving even more that this company is a fraud. What kind of company doesn't file and store their own documentation for transactions that they do...
2013 Honda civic - license plate number [redacted]- [redacted], Honolulu Hawaii 96814. ''burning tree'', public parking lot. I'm not at home and do not have the exact date but it was late October. I'll get it asap. I really don't think they should have any problem finding the correct documentation with all of this information. But.. I suppose there is a reason the Revdex.com rates them a whopping D-.
