Dear Revdex.com:
This is our letter of response to Mrs.[redacted] complaints from 1/24/14. On Friday 1/24/14, Mrs. [redacted] called our office requesting a Nebulizer but did not request further consultation or appointments with Dr.Mercandettl. Physician's orders for delivery of the Nebulizer were provided to LifeCare Solutions that same day. Mrs. [redacted] next telephoned our office on Monday 1/28/14, to complain that she never received the Nebulizer and demanded delivery Immediately. Our receptionist, in an effort to quickly resolve the problem, offered Mrs. [redacted] LifeCare Solutions telephone number so that she would be able to arrange delivery (apparently LifeCare Solutions brought the Nebulizer to her address but claimed that no one was present to receive it).However, Mrs. [redacted] was not satisfied with our response and threatened us with lawsuits using abusive language .The process of ordering Medical Equipment Involves not only faxing the physician orders but providing the pt's demographics and Insurance, so that the company can contact the patient directly and then deliver the equipment. We were In contact with LifeCare Solutions as they Informed us about their attempts to deliver the equipment to Mrs. [redacted]. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Review: Dr Mercandetti, who is an excellent DR., ordered me a ultrasonic nebulizer breathing apparatus to relieve me of pulmonary distress on 1-20-2014. To this date 1-28-2014, the medical supply company this office has used for delivery of this machine (Life Care Solutions)has NOT followed through on this order. Both, my daughter and I have contacted Dr. Mercandetti's "office staff" (Renee) as well as Life Care Solutions-SEVERAL times, to aide in obtaining this machine. We have been getting very little help from the office staff ([redacted], who constantly keeps telling ME to contact the medical supply THEY have chosen. You would think that in a pulmonary distress, one would recieve better patient assistance than to constantly tell the "patient" to contact the inept supply company THEY have chosen to contract with. This puts the 'patient' in more DISTRESS, when you can't even get help from the staff who has been hired to do a job for the PATIENT! I have been to the hospital 3 times (once by ambulance) due to this pulmonary problem since then. When I contact my DR's office for "help", that's what I expect to get,"HELP', not turned back to someone else as if it is NO LONGER ANY CONCERN OF THEIR'S!This lack of customer service has caused me even MORE distress! Before choosing a supply company- these DR.'s should contact the Revdex.com to see if they will provide pristine service & supplies!Desired Settlement: My resolution to this problem WILL be to find another Pulmonary Specialist to service my needs. It doesn'f feel good when you can't breathe and can't even get the DR'S staff to do all that they can to resolve the situation!The Staff NEEDS TO BE "RE-TRAINED" ON how to provide excellent PATIENT CARE & CUSTOMER SERVICE or RELIEVED OF THEIR DUTIES!! Any lack thereof, can certainly be a liability!!
