[redacted] at Kitchen & Bath Lab has committed to repairing the laminate floor that his company installed back in May Beginning in November of I had advised [redacted] and members of his staff that the floor was not only squeaking but sinking when it was stepped on and bubbling in other areas [redacted] came out and took pictures as well as a video and stated at first it was because they need to add quick set under the floor and then came back and stated that they need to cut down the planks because that was causing the issueHe stated that he ordered the flooring and trim to do the repair and would get back to me with a date to schedule repairWe are not going on months and now I can't even get him to answer my calls and or textsI did go into there show room where he happened to be and asked him if he had a date for me yetHe then asked his secretary to call their manufacutrer for estimated delivery date they had said it would be in the following weekThat was back
