I went in for Bellafill (collagen fillers) under the eyes, on the side of the cheeks and temples for $5,
Receptionist took me to a room with no AC and a Fan blowing high Dr walked into the room and yelled at *** the Receptionist to bring her pair of gloves *** brought gloves Dr put the gloves and with one hand scratch her head and with the other hand she hold the door open and gave some directions to the Receptionist Closed the door and then she started mixing one syringe from box of Bellafill I said to myself Oh NO, this Receptionist just counted the money I gave her and with this gloves she is doing this procedure ?
Dr *** said to me, I have a plane to catch I'm going for vacation to Savannah and she said I don't want to be late I said to her"Dr I do not want you to do this procedure in a hurry, I can come back Monday but I need to look great for a job interview next week, so we have time No! she replied, its fine, we will do this now
Without explaining what she was going to do she pk me times in the face but the areas she pked were not exactly the areas we agreed to inject Bellafill collagen So I tried to ask her and she kept saying don't talk !, stop being tense! don't talk ! Dr inserted the first syringe within hollows of eyes and I started bleeding she yelled at me, "You see, now you are bleeding I told you not to get tense !
Mad Dr called *** again while I was bleeding in the chair Dr reprimanded the Receptionist loudly and in my presence for doing something wrong, then she slammed the door
Dr said to me I cant do anything your face is all swollen because you are tense, Next time I will have to prescribe you a xanax but you will not be able to drive so bring someone to drive you home See you in days ! besides she said, you might need more than one box of Bellafill I said what ? and with a tears on my eyes I said you promised it will only take one box and it will be an easy minute procedure, the Dr responded " OH now you are crying ? I cant do this I'm going to miss my flight she opened the door and again yelled for the receptionist I looked a the counter and she used one syringe only I asked her, so how many syringes you used ? She said 2, I looked again and there was only one empty
She left the room and I looked in the trash can and there was no other syringe, the only one she used was empty over the counter
Next day I called Receptionist and told her, I cannot do this, I did not know this simple procedure I had years before was going to be so stressful with this Dr I said to the Receptionist I'm sorry that the Dr yelled at you I need to cancel the rest Please discount me for the syringe she used under eyes Nice girl Receptionist said no problem will talk with the Dr and will call you back so you can pick up your check
I didn't get a call back and when I came back in the office to see what the issue was, they told me every excuse why they couldn't refund me or release the extra syringes of Bellafill to meFast forward I hired an attorney and after some exchanges, they now won't even answer calls from my attorney and they fax my attorney saying "we haven't heard from you!"I attempted to go to her office today to retrieve my file and they will not release it to me
Please see the countless similar reviews in the pictures section and PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS DOCTOR
I will be proceeding with a lawsuit together with her other unhappy patients as this has just become ridiculous and unethicalI am sure the IRS would like to know about her cash transactions as well
