Patient then was asked for payment for the new treatment and got very upset and said he did not have any money to pay for treatment we did offer to let him pay for the treatment when he picked up the product and patient still did not like that option and was yelling at the front desk and Dr. [redacted]. We explained that with each procedure there is a cost that he would have to pay his insurance will only pay a portion. We told him that we have not seen him for the correct treatment in 3 years he only comes in for broken or hurt teeth. He has not had a cleaning appointment since 2014. Patient agreed that he has not been in regularly and left our office. Patient stated in your complaint that he was charged $500.00 his portion for that visit would had only been an estimated amount of $110.00.  Dr. [redacted], staff and our patients felt very uncomfortable and threatened by this patient behavior at this appointment.
