Review: I was under contract for Dr [redacted] to take out $50 out of my bank account at the beginning of the month, each month until my debt was paid. now I called in a few months and asked them to please skip a few months due to health issues and moving that money was going to be tight. now we started paying again this month 3/2014 in which Dr [redacted] took out $50 from my account on 3/12 and then preceded by taking additional 86.20 out on the 27th without my consent, which lead to a late payment on my car and overdraft fees. I then called the office and talked to them and they stated that they had to take out the remaining balance without my consent for I was going to go to collections. well first off they had no right taking the money out and also if I made a payment at the beginning of the month would that not stop me from going to collections? also to top it all of I didn't even need the mouth guard. Dr [redacted] did work on my wisdom tooth and the nerve died. so after being in pain and him telling me I need a mouth guard. I went to another Dr and they pulled the tooth and I haven't had an issue sinceDesired Settlement: I just wanted to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone of there patients from there. the company is very rude and condescending. now I would love to get the whole refund back for the mouth guard $300 since its not what I needed in the first place, but if I cant I just want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else
