Misleading work offer, unethical workplace and harassment - personal experience
In 2023–2024, I was invited to this clinic in Turkey with the promise of legal employment, a signed contract, and basic support like meals and transportation. None of these promises were fulfilled.
In my personal experience, I was:
– Exposed to constant emotional and verbal pressure, including being shouted at while working, and judged on religious grounds.
– Witness to patient mistreatment: I observed staff discussing payment collection among themselves, and patients who could not pay were reportedly turned away.
– Alarmed to see staff who, to the best of my knowledge, lacked medical qualifications performing X-rays and treatment planning.
– Threatened with legal action after posting a factual review describing what I had experienced. I received messages and phone calls pressuring me to delete it.
I am sharing this story to protect others, especially foreigners, who may be vulnerable to similar treatment. Everything I describe here reflects my direct experience. I do not seek revenge, only truth and awareness.
