Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [I called back immediately after cursing and apologized as that was not right, tried to talk about what I can do and how I was trying to defend myself against the doctorThey said we can't do anything and hung up, I called back calmly and right when I started talking they hung up againThen I stated that the business may be ran illegally and based of location in a voicemail and that I was going to come down to the office to deal with this since they kept hanging up on meThe fact that they filed a police report and I have charges against me now is appalling and sickens me as I have no records with any police department until now that they exaggerated what was said by meAnother sign of a business going to far and exaggerating true statementsI am paying for this through the collection agency and they helped me out much better and with better customer serviceI want to end all contact moving forward with them no messages and for this not be shared with them, also they can go ahead and continue un professional business practices but to leave me alone moving forward] Regards, [redacted] ***

margin-bottom: 5pt;">The patient was sent monthly statements on his accountPatient was contacted with a letter on September 9, regarding the payment from Blue Cross that was sent to him for the doctors chargesMr*** called us on September 10th and informed our office that he sent the payment for the doctor to the fire departmentWhen we explained that he would still need to send in payment on his charges for the doctorHe told us he was upset with the ambulance, the hospital and usHe was then told that his account was turned over the our collection agency for nonpayment and would need to contact that office to work the out paymentsHe argued with one of the staff members for over 30minutesHe said he was not paying the doctors billHe then called my home that evening left a message and told me that he knew the kind of business I was running out of my home and it was illegalThe next day he called the office again and continued to argue with the staff member then he started cussing and the staff member told him she would not talk to him any longer and hung up the phoneWhich is company policy no one should be exposed to abusive languageHe made several more calls leaving messages that he was coming to my homeI then called the Orange County Police DepartmentThey took the report and gave us a call# of *** And left the phone number to call if Mr*** showed
upSince filling the report we have had no further calls from Mr***We are not dropping the charges as the patient received the medical services and spent the money intended for the doctorHe can call the collection agency at *** ***
