printed and given to her on the day of her exam. The same brand of contact lenses was prescribed, therefore the fit of these lenses was already known and it was unnecessary to trial fit her. On her previous eye examination of 5/10/16 no trial contact lenses were dispensed, because again, she remained in the same brand of contacts that she had previously worn. [redacted] has already submitted the printed RX to an online contact lens company. The RX was approved and she should have received them by now. As a courtesy a pair of trial lenses was sent to her from my office and she was told not to open the new boxes of contacts until she wore the trial lenses.
