I had the unfortunate experience of being a new patient at this dentist. My dental hygienist was completely incompetent. During my round of x-rays, she took EVERY x-ray at least three times because she wasn't getting the right angle. There were a few she took 4 times! They had to bring in another dental worker to come and show her how to use the system three different times. My appointment was at 9 and I was shown to my chair at 9:05. For the next HOUR, it was ONLY her taking x-rays. She didn't even start the cleaning until after 10:10. The cleaning did not last but 5 minutes because all she did was touch each tooth with her tool and then polished my teeth. I don't think she scraped any tartar off at all. After being exposed to radiation 3x-4x more than a regular office visit and a horrible cleaning, I will never go back and I suggest you look somewhere else. By the time I left, it was an hour and a half from the start of my appointment.
