First of all, we apologize for the late response about the complaint, which was assigned on 03/21/We agree with the fact that our valued customer asked about removing the bug spots on the front bumper of customer's vehicle, and our cashierpolitely explained that the customer might need to pay for the extra service if the bugspots are not gone with the regular $BUICK serviceUnder running car wash businessover than years, we know applying some special chemical by hand after the wash isthe best way to remove bug spotsTherefore, the guy at the carwash tunnel pre-sprayedregular amount of water because of long waiting line behind the customerAlso our manager had already checked our customer's vehicle after the service, but he had notfond out any bug spots on customer's bumperOur valued customer might have higherstandard of cleaning the front bumper than us, however we provided the right valuedservice to the customer.Regards, March28"2016J [redacted] H*Dr Car Wash

As I exited the car wash facility to get to my vehicle the driver side door was open I go to enter it and I noticed that the car was not vacuumed thoroughly at all they were still debris on the floor I go to close my driver door to go inside to get a manager to complain and as I close the door I noticed my driver side Tire hubcap was badly bent all the way aroundI go inside to get a manager the gentlem that was at the front the owner asked him to please come as I was very unsatisfied with my car and I go to he's walking with me and I explained to him about my car the vacuuming in the hubcap and as I'm talking he starts shaking his head at me and tells me there's nothing he can do about my car that it is clean and nothing is his problem and he walks away with him being the owner there was nobody else I could speak with about my complaint to get resolutionI left the facility I am very unhappy with the service there I am very unhappy that my hubcap is very badly bent do I have to purc

I took my car to the wash on 3/I noticed after the process of the car going thru the car wash that the front bumper was dirty and had bug stainsWhen I entered the car wash the person hardly sprayed the front bumper of my car so I thought it would be dirtyI brought the issue to the attention of the person in the boothShe argued with me saying that I needed to pay $for the bumper to be cleanedI have been at this Car Wash many times with the same car and same bumper and they have done a much better jobWhen I asked for the Owner /Manager I was ignored by the ladyWhile waiting for my car to have the interior cleaned an Asian gentleman came in to the waiting area , looked at me and said do you need somethingI explained what happened and he didn't even respondHe walked from behind the counter and toward my car which was now outsideHe looked at it and said nothingI asked him for the owners name and he responded by saying he was the ownerI paid $for the car wash

This afternoon (01/21/2018) went for Dr Car wash to get the service of Vaccum and glass cleaning($8)After waiting in the line for minutes, the sales per asked me to buy extra service which I don’t want to spend extra money for car wash ($16)Since I didn’t accept car wash service, the sales person declined the Vaccum service and asked me to take out the car immediately in rude way I am stunned with the sales person behavior and decided not to go this service facilityBut just want to bring the Revdex.com attention to avoid this kind of treatment to other people who goes for their service
