Review: I had a cavity filled the end of june with [redacted] and two days later was in horrible pain, I went back and was told maybe it was a high spot so she drilled and filed the tooth, couple days later I was still in horrible pain. [redacted] then got me in again a few days later and told me the filling fell out and that's why I was in pain, so she drilled and filled it again. One week later I called her telling her I was still in terrible pain she took a quick peek in my mouth and then said she can't help me I need a root canal. I was so confused and upset I never had pain in the tooth before and then she said well it's not malpractice I was like what I just want you to fix the tooth you messed up, I had to ask her to take another x-ray and she refused at first then did one,she then said maybe it's cracked I don't know you'll have to go to another doctor and let them drill the tooth and look at it through a microscope. I was so upset I told her to give me my co-pay back and she did so that made me think even more she knew she messed my tooth up. I justed wanted her to help me she put me in so much pain. I then went to the root canal doctor in vineland and he told me the tooth was shot. Now I'm beside myself calling her and she still doesn't want to help me. Then I go back to my old dentist in Toms River NJ, and he tells me she hollowed my tooth out and didn't even take all of the cavity out, so my out come is I had to have my tooth pulled out. I called [redacted] and told her she should give me back the money my insurance company paid her and she said no and hung up on me.I suffered for months and she caused the problem and wouldn't help me so I'm reporting her so she doesn't hurt anyone else.Desired Settlement: Refund the money the insurance company had to pay her to mess my tooth up and I had to have it pulled I had to pay $53.00 out of pocket for that as well and the insurance company got billed another $500.00.
