I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The things he is saying are untrue. Yes, I bought the car as is. In his words, 'As is DOES NOT mean safe' When I purchased it I was told things were going to fixed and they were not. As stated before, when I purchased the car it ran better than after he spent 'over $1,000' on it in repairs. I asked for receipts for the repairs and he claims he never got any from the mechanic. I asked him what was repaired and he can not tell me nor provide me with proof. The last time he took it to get fixed I got my car back with the service light on, that wasnt on before, and a large gouge out of the paint that was not there when I bought it. In his fixing my car he has actually made it worse! When asked for all of this proof he was not able to provide it. I also asked for my copy of the warranty which he took back when he had my car without my knowledge. This particular issue will be resolved when he can provide me with the work done on my car and the warranty that I signed

spendover $1000.00 and did not have to spend a penny since the car was sold as is .She still not happy she had a loaner car which again I did not have to provide that we do not provide Loaner cars .Instead of thank you she cursed at me and put a bad review. Makes me feel I was stupid to spend over $1000.00 onher car I wish I have not and sorry I did .The warranty she purchased she did not make the first payttient and was cancelled for none payment

Review: I am hoping SOMEONE can help me with this person!! Unfortunaty this is not a unique case with him. I have heard at least 4 other stories that are similar including my sister who is going through it now just like me! Purchased the car: April 11thWas in the shop from April 13th - April 18th Back in the shop April 20th - April 23rd Got my car back with the paint gouged off and he did not repairIn the shop April 28th - May 18th Got the car back and the service light was onFinally he just tells me nothing is wrong with the car. It is suppose to be burning, it is suppose to sound like it was just hit. NOTHING that is broken is covered in the warranty that he sold me for $100 a month.HE IS A SWINDLER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!He took my warranty that I signed and will not give it back. He called me a liar. He sells cars with dry rot tires"I sell all my cars As-is. As is does NOT mean Safe!!!" - [redacted](That is what he told me when I said that the car he sold me was unsafe!Desired Settlement: I just want the car he sold me to be made SAFE!! He dragged out my repaires until the 30 day warranty was up. He didnt fix the things that I stated and broke more things!! I just want a safe car to drive myself and my family around!!
