On June 6, 2013 I bought an 04 Dodge Ram from [redacted] owner of D&R cars in Portville NY. [redacted] had paid for the vehicle to be inspected by his shop/friend [redacted] from a local shop in the area. I paid a total of $6500 for the truck including taxes. I then brought the truck home and within 2 days of purchasing the Truck my check engine light was on. so I decided to take my truck to a local shop to see what is wrong with it. First off the shop told me that the truck should have NEVER passed inspection and with everything that was wrong with the vehicle the bill came to almost $3000. I have not heard from [redacted] since the purchase of the truck. I am in the middle of a law suit against him, in which he has NEVER showed up to court for. I have since won the suit, and am in the process of seizing my money back from him.
