seen My office has to go through a painstaking practice of checking every single insurance card for every patient seennot only to verify benefits, but to also check on deductibles As a new patient, your verification was performed at the time of your visit Upon checking your two insurances with the data bank we printed out a copy that informed my office that you had a $3,deductible on one insurance and a $5,deductible on the other insurance.Both deductibles were not yet met It is common practice to collect fees for services if deductibles are not met at the time of service I know that you called your HR officer who told you that you did not need to pay My office then told you that we needed to clarify the discrepancy before we could see you and would be more than happy to reschedule your visit You declined.Your 'want' of being compensated for your wait is interesting I wait in line at the grocery store I wait in line to have my oil changed I wait all morning for the cable company to come and check a faulty connection I wait on the telephone until a customer service representative can answer questions regarding insurancesI wait at the dentist officeToday, I waited hours in my car for AAA to tow my car (when they said they would be there in minutes) We could all profit from the time that seems to be wasted, but it is reality, it happens everywhere I certainly can't solve what is going on in the health care industry In regard to your personal information, it had been shredded prior to this issued complaint
