I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
Not once did I ask them to drive to *** *** to repair my phone that is not even a reasonable request at allThe person who was told this was mis informedMy request was that Dr.*** pay for insured shipment of my phone to and from their place of business to guaruntee my phone does not get stolen or damaged worse in the process of it being shipped to them for repairSince contacting the Revdex.com we have made attempts to get in touch with Dr.*** to no availAll I am wanting is for Dr.*** to pay for insured shippingThey seems to have taken thier time on responding as my 30 warrantee on their repair is close to expiringI would still like the OWNER to call me and personally talk to me since the employees seem to be telling him a different storyI would love for this to get resolved and my phone fixed but I feel like I have been getting the run around from Dr.***

To whom it may concern, 
 
 
I am replying in regards to case # [redacted]. Customer came to the store to get her [redacted] Combo repaired. All repairs have a 30 day warranty if the part is not physically damaged. She called us and the manager spoke to her and advicesed her to bring it by the store and we can switch out the part for a anothe new woriking part. She then mentioned that she lives in [redacted] whictch is a few hours away. The manager offered her to mail in the phone to us, inorder to have one of our technitians change the LCD out. She then mentioned to us that we need to drive out to her becasue she is 4 hours away, but that is something that is not posssible, due to we are located in Houston Texas. Manager again told her that we can definitly change out the part for a new part at no cost to her but she would have to bring the phone or mail the phoneto the store. She declined. We always honor our 30 day warranty, but here are policies we have to obey by. We only send out techinitians in the Houston are no more than 8 mile from the store location.
