Dr. Cleaners

Review: put beige suit jacket in cleaners on 6-7-2013 to have the sleeves shortened. Since the whole suit was there, I asked that suit be pressed since it was a new suit worn only once in 2012. My husband picked up the suit on sat. 6-15-2003. Since I used the cleaners often for cleaning and alternations with no problems, I did not check the suit until Wednesday night on 6-19-2013 and discovered BLACK STAINS over most of the jacket andthe skirt. The skirt was not even STAINED when I brought it there. It was only hanging with the suit. I only wanted it pressed. They took it back and TRIED to remove the STAINS out with little SUCCESS on 6-20-2013.LITTLE SUCCESS again. I asked that it be cleaned again to remove the remaining stains . A CONFRONTATION was begun by the Gentleman and olderLady working there and Myself. I was Yelled at so LOUDLY by the Gentlemanthat the Lady had to order him to shut up at least three times because Itold him I would not talk to him. He continued to Yell at me. I was SO FRUSTATION. The suit was SO DINGY by then. I was given the opportunityto speak to the MANAGER on the phone and he reassured me that I would be paid for my suit. His name is [redacted]. The next day morning, I called himback and told him that the suit was not wearable and I would like the moneyback because I was leaving I was leaving to go out of town to a CONVENTIONon sat. 6-22-2013 And I told him how much the suit cost, he begin to say he was not the manager. I had just talked to him the evening before. Hebegan to change his story. By then I was so VERY FRUSTATION and NERVOUSI got sick because I had no other suit to wear. The other two suits were a size 24, that's why in 2012 I had to get a size 26w. They ruined my suit. I had to wear the size 24, which was too small. At the conventionthe BUTTON popped off because the jacket was too tight. It was a Mess as we had to DRESS IN FULL REGALIA for our church services. PLEASE HELP. THANKS.Desired Settlement: I need a replacement of the suit that was ruined. I only wear the beige suit once a year. It was purchased on 5-16-2012. I wore it once to the Martha Grand Chapter Order Of EASTERN STAR Convention which it was purchased for. I have receipts for the purchase of the suit. The SUIT isFaded and Dingy AND some black stains remain on the suit.
