I purchased services from DrCooper at Creekside Medical Spa that I never received before he quietly closed the business on December 30,

12-30-16: I was informed by the aesthetician that DrCooper unexpectedly closed the MedSpa and was out of a job It was a obviously a shock to everyone I was encouraged me to get my money back because the way he treated her, the other employees, and several of the product reps was extremely questionable Nothing seemed "right" to her or myself Meanwhile, his regular medical practice is still open
12-30-16: I called and left a message No one returned my call
1-3-17: I called requesting a refund for $(laser package) and the last RevePeel I never received The receptionist took all of my information and

I made a deposit of $to Dr Coopers office in October of to have laser treatment done tomy face *** from his office was to call and schedule an appointment with me but she never did I started calling to schedule but she would not call backafter multiple attempts she finally called but I was at work and could not answer She left a message and I again kept calling but could never get a hold of her and she would not return calls I asked for my money back I faxed the information like they asked but never received my refund I have called multiple times and now DrCooper is in another office in Roseville and his book keeper is not answering my calls

DrCooper's office is very unethical and unprofessional in his business practice I purchased two laser hair treatment packages ($865) from his medical spa office back in Oct but never received any treatments for them yet and then when I called in Jan to reschedule my appointment; I was told that it's out of business in December No one ever called me to notify me of what had happened If I didn't call to reschedule my appt and just show up then I would have wasted a trip there
If you looked on their FB page https://www.facebook.com/creeksidemedicalspa they were still advertising to people on Dec 1, to purchase a Full Arm Laser package and receive a free Under Arms package! If they were really going out of business then why were they still trying to deceive people and tell people to buy more packages and then a month later tell everyone that it's out of business DrCooper is part owner of Creek side medical spa so he should know that they are not doing we

Review: In June of 2013, I mailed check #[redacted] for $125.00 to Dr. [redacted] for services performed on May 24, 2013. A few months later, I received a call from Dr. [redacted]'s billing office stating that they never received my check, so I paid the amount due over the phone using my visa check card. On October 14, 2014, this same check was cashed by Dr. [redacted]'s office. I have called Dr. [redacted]'s office on three separate occasions, and they still have not/will not issue a refund.10/16/2014 - Called the office @ 10am and spoke to [redacted] (office manager)and explained the issue. [redacted] stated that they were cleaning the office out and it's possible that could have happened. She said she was not able to get to the computer to look into it, but when she's able to get to a computer, she will call me back.10/17/2014 - Called the office @ 9:21am and spoke to [redacted] again and was told that she has not had a chance to look into it. While on the phone with her, she took my information again and apparently was by a computer to look up my information. She then told me that she will speak to Dr. [redacted] so he can issue a check and will give me a call back.10/21/2014 - Called the office @ 10:45am and spoke to [redacted]. After asking to speak to [redacted] and giving her my name, [redacted] told me that [redacted] was unavailable. I asked to speak to Dr. [redacted] and was told that I could not speak to him but she would give him my message. I explained my issueto [redacted] and asked her to please relay my message to Dr. [redacted] and to [redacted] and have them return my call.Dr. [redacted]'s office is basically stealing money from me. When they "found" the check that was over one year old, any competent employee would've researched it to find out if my account was cleared, which I believe they did but cashed it anyway. Giving them the benefit of doubt,this is still something that should have been rectified immediately with one phone call. Instead they are giving me the run-around and not giving me a direct response.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the amount they are trying to steal from me.
