failed to respond to the request for refund in a timely manner. **. [redacted] has since left the practice and we hired a new office manager recently. I was notified in March 2014 of the patient request for refund and did write a check on March 18, 2014 in the amount of $30.00 and we did mail that check to [redacted]. The check was cashed on May 19, 2014. Please find enclosed a copy of that cashed check and bank adjudication proof.We regret the patient inquiry was not responded to in a timely fashion due to the lack of action on the part of **. [redacted]. We can not explain why the patient decided to hold onto the check for as long as she did. As of now, we consider the complaint and request fully addressed.
