I am aware of Mr. [redacted] complaint and the entire situation. As Mr. [redacted] has stated he was aware of the exchange / no refund policy we have and was aware of the store credit he received. Mr. [redacted] battery is no longer manufactured at a reasonable price ($60.00). They are available for $180.00...
but that is much more than the value of Mr. [redacted] laptop. I am certain Mr. [redacted] would not want to spend more than that amount. I will allow Mr. [redacted] to receive his refund via check in the amount he requests. He must agree to close this case in order to receive the refund and sign a statement at my store stating such. I must receive a letter from the Revdex.com stating this case is closed prior to issuing this refund. Our policy as Mr. [redacted] is aware in no refund and I am making an exception in this case so Mr. [redacted] can find his battery elsewhere. Thanks and have a blessed day.

There can be no “Resolution” until I am refunded the “monies”
owed to me in the form of a check, nor will I accept any pre-existing Stipulations, Conditions, Provisions
or Terms that were presented by Dr. Dan’s Computers in order for me to receive
my Refund in the form of a check .
