Shyster comes to mind I go in and the credit card machine just happens to have gone down so they can only accept cash?? No mention of this the day before or even earlier in the day before my appt Come on ma'aaan! That's the oldest con in the book That's between you and the IRS, but when you try to belittle me because I don't want to pay cash...that was enough My advice, stay away from this place! Now I know why he asked what line of work I was in on the phone..to see if was a LEO or not Time to make a phone call
This guy doesn't know when to quit so here's his email response to me, "Seems like u need to get ur finances in orderYou couldn't even pay a lousy bill in cash As for this shop we do to vehicles a day including local police, state police and government vehiclesDailyAs for a credit card processor well they break sometimesHave a nice day." So my money is contrary.."lousy" even? How about a retail merchant just not try to tell me what to do with my finances? years in business? Not in H-town you haven't stars are easily paid for..better options are in the area..*** comes to mind

Terrible experience, wish I would have never met these clowns
Apparently they were training someone and I had to listen to things such as "Are you**%$# stupid?" and "No, not that way!" the entire time It was unbelievable the way they talked to their own employee
Then, when I go to inspect the car and their work, the tint had creases, along with air bubbles and I see a scratch the size of a baseball on my rear fender!
They immediately went into denial, got defensive and played the blame game instead of trying to work something out
Stated they had insurance to cover such incidents but refused to try and resolve the issue at all! I had to call the police to make sure my property wasn't damaged even further

I had my windows tinted about a month and a half ago and had to go back five times now because it has been peeling and they broke one of my windows
On August 8th, 2017, I took my Nissan Maxima to "Lil Tint Shop" for window tintI waited a total of two hours even though though the job was supposed to be done in less than an hourThey did give me a $discount because of the waitIt took around three days for me to notice that the whole tint job was ruined and not properly done; so I took it back that same day and was told I need to come back that following Wednesday, a week later, to have it "fixed." I did just that but instead of the job fixing anything, even more air bubbles were put in and I was told once again, after coming back in three days, that I'd need to come in a week to have it looked at and replacedNext week comes by and they do fix it, or so I thought they did, but once everything was cured I role my windows down only to realize my rear passenger window was fa
