This business offers a full season guarantee on the bottom of their receipt. Paid $185.50 for service to take care of a wasp problem. The wasp problem returned rather quickly. My husband called to see about a retreat which is part of their guarantee. Was questioned about other bugs we asked to have the WASP problem retreated. He offered half price service instead and asked if we knew the difference between a bee and a wasp. Very rude service in does not stand behind their guarantee.

Review: Contacted business relative gnats and fruit flies in basement drain area. Informed they take care of this problem all the time, they stated that they would use a chemical that day by the service people and I would be provided a chemical that had to be used twice a day for five days and then once a day until the product was gone.Use as directed and the problem was not solved. when I called to advise them of the situation was told there is no guarantee with the service.then was told to use bleach. I advise them I was using that before I called them and it didn't work, and that was the reason I called them. At no time prior to the service call and during the service call was I told there was no guarantee. Only learned of the "No Guarantee" when issued the bill. I feel this was deceptive advertising and bad service.Desired Settlement: Tell people up front about the "No Guarantee" , come back and reapply the service for free, or refund my money.
