pleasant valley continues to over bill my wife and I.. they send bills that were taken care of by insurance and continue to bill for services not provided.. I have not been back there for over three years and they are billing for services they did not provide.. They did a tooth deep clean on my teeth of which they only completed one side yet they billed me and the insurance for both sides..The bill is under 25.00 but I refuse to pay for something that was not provided.. The billing department is the worst I have ever seen as we have contacted them and will not provide proof of what we and insurance were billed for and what was taken care of by insurance..
