Mrs*** called our office on Sept 27, to complain that: 1) She had received electronic notices that our office had moved, 2) That she was never been a patient at our office, and 3) That our office stole her personal information. She acknowledged not having received any electronic
notices for some time but intended to file a complaint anyway.Mrs*** was advised that: 1) That her Electronic Medical Record had been Inactivated, 2) That she had, indeed, been seen as a patient at our office on three different occasions, and 3) That she provided her personal information to us.Thank you for allowing us to answer this complaint
