Review: Mon August 29, 2014, my first visit to dr. [redacted] office I was prescribed some meds and when I took the prescription to the pharmacy they would not fill the script because the Doctor did not sign the prescription so I had to drive all of the way across town to get the script signed and then drive across town to the pharmacy to get it filled. Also, on that day the receptionist said she was going to call the billing department and call me back the same day but I never received a call. By Tuesday I still never heard back from her and I had to call the office Wednesday to get the answer I was looking for. I had a follow up appointment on Friday, September 5 and the dr. told me if things did not get better by the following Monday to let him know and he would call in another antibiotic for me. Over the weekend things did not get better so I called dr. gardner's office and talked to the same receptionist from the previous week who told me she would call me back and never did. I told her that the dr. told me to call if things weren't better and she put me on hold to talk to the dr. After holding for quite some time she came back and told me they were going to send another antibiotic prescription in to my pharmacy and I asked her when could I pick it up and she said to wait at least an hour. That was around 9 AM in the morning and I did not go to the pharmacy until 4 PM that afternoon. The pharmacy said the dr.'s office did not send them a prescription like they told me they would. I called the dr.'s office from the pharmacy and the receptionist who told me I could pick the script up in an hour put me on hold. The nurse I talked with told me she didn't believe the receptionist would have told me that and I asked her why would I make something like that up and then she hung up on me. I have never in y life been in such an unprofessional dr.s office in my life. I still am not cured from why I went to see the dr. in the first place. This is a very unprofessional office which needs to be shut down.Desired Settlement: it will only be fair if they reimburse me the full amount of my two visits. Then I can go to another urologists who can properly diagnose me and take care of my illness.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have not talked with anyone from the Dr's. office and have not received a $75.00 check for my cost of the two visits there. It doesn't matter to me if I speak with anyone or not but their business protocol is lacking in a big way starting with the receptionist, the unprofessionalism of the nurse who called me a liar and the doctor who didn't even sign my prescription. If they will simply reimburse me $75 I couldn't care less if I talk with someone.

P.S. I am not the only one who has complained about this office. I know a man who went to the hospital with kidney stones and they asked him to go this doctor the next morning and the receptionist said they were too busy to see the doctor and he was dying of pain and the doctor wouldn't even see him. Very unprofessional .
