I asked my aquatic center manager to look into this matter and he did so and got right back to me? He told me that they had a few guests tell the guards that the chlorine level seemed too high on that day? It was tested repeatedly and it did show that it was out of the range, so the water was treated to bring the levels back into the lineThey continued to monitor it the rest of that day as well as the next day to make sure it got back to normalThe levels never reached a dangerous level however it could have contributed to the fading of a swimming suitThe County health inspector came the next day and tested the water as well, and the levels were well on the way back to normalEven though this was caused by an automatic feeder over complicating for the chlorine loss, we are terribly sorry for any problems that may have been caused by itI will pay the guest the $they are asking for to try to make things right for them? I wouldn't be able to do this for a group, but since they were the only ones, I will be glad to do it? We have worked very hard to make our facility a place where folks would want to return to? Have the guest contact the Rush Funplex and ask for Ed, or give them my phone number? ThanksEd?
