Bought a pair of Fendi vision glasses in November 2011. Cost approximately $990.00. Had 1 year warranty. I scratched the lens and Glasses were replaced sometime in 2012. They were Covered under warranty. This October 2013 glasses frame broke between seam at upper left ovaI. I called company they explained no more warranty so nothing can be done to replace glasses. Suggest I go to jeweller and get it repaired. I did that. Jeweller said metal of frame was very difficult to weld..said he has never encountered such a material..it broke apart when I tried them on at jeweller. He tried again to attach metal by fusing a metal bridge to the break. In a week the eye pad metal broke apart and the correspondingly right frame broke. I mailed glasses back to urban optique with letter on november2013. Faxed letter also. Then sent copy letter to same company request they send to head office ( wasn't sure if there was such a thing as head office but thought I'd give it a try).Requested company replace frame with comparable type to match shape of lens.So far have not heard from company. I believe urban optique just want me to go away.
