This is the WORST dental company I have ever worked with. I have been going to this office for many years. When I finally needed two cavities filled in [redacted], They said my insurance denayed the claim. I called my insurance company only to find out the claim was oked, but this dental office was refusing to honor it. [redacted] the manager told me "They dont make enough money off of it to bother doing the work". I have been fighting for the last 10 months to get my cavities filled. They have told me to just go see another dentist. Why would they take my insurance if they are just going to refuse my claims, after the insurance company oked them. I also made a cleaning appt over 3 months ago and took the day off work for it. I was never even told my appt was cancel until the day of, when I tried to go in. They are now refusing to do any work or cleaning until I clear up the claim about the cavities. So 10 months later I have been denayed my cleanings, my cavities have never been fixed and they will not even see me to fix my broken tooth that just happened. I can not believe how poorly I have been treated. It is hard to believe they are still in business.
