Review: On March [redacted] 2015, I had a [redacted] procedure done by [redacted].After months of voicing my concern with the results, [redacted] acknowledged that the procedure was not successful therefore he gave me a partial refund.After the partial refund I requested for him to send me the before and after photos which he agreed to do so however I have yet to receive them through email like I requested.I have been calling the [redacted]'s office for over 3 weeks with no success and dealing with rude his rude staff.It's unfortunate that [redacted] is choosing to ignore my calls instead of addressing my concerns.I need to have hi res images sent to me through email for my records.Desired Settlement: I need to receive full clear images of my before and after through email only.
