Mr [redacted] is correct as for how much he paid. However he is incorrect on what he originally called us for. First of all he called us for a sewer line location / septic tank location. Meaning he wanted us to... tell him where the sewer line runs and exactly where the septic tank is located. If you ask him to provide you with the receipt we gave him you will see that we came out for a sewer line septic location we did the job he signed at the bottom that he was satisfied with the work that is complete. He did call us back and tell Us that his realtor needed another written description of the work that we did. However we felt it was unnecessary for us to write out another description when we already wrote him out a receipt which describes everything that we did and exactly where the septic tank was located. As a matter of fact we even took a shovel out and started to dig down to try to actually locate the top of the septic tank for him. Above and beyond the necessary duties that he called his for. Not only did we do extra work for this gentleman but we even drove 22 miles out of our area to help him. I'm sorry but unfortunately he will not be refunded because the described work was provided. If the described work was not done he would have never signed the receipt.

Mr [redacted] is correct we originally came out and try to unclog his kitchen line. However he did not have any type of an access or cleanout for the kitchen drain so we had to go on the roof. When we were on the... roof running the cable it was slightly difficult to get the cable down due to the vent not going straight down but actually having turns. For a plumber / drain technician this makes the job more difficult for us to clean the drain properly. We told him he needed to install a clean out and he was not willing to get a clean out. So we offered him to jet the kitchen line from the roof with a mini jetter. He agreed to have his kitchen line jetted for $150 with 60 day warranty. He did call Us back about 1 months later and said it was clogging up. I sent my partner out there to unclog it and when he ran the cable he removed the mud from the line indicating that the pipe under the home was possibly cracked or collapsed. We gave him the option for a possible resolution to the problem however he was unhappy and demanded that it get unclogged. When we run a cable through a drain line and pull up dirt or mud we immediately stop so there is no more damage created. The proper thing to do is to get the line repaired. We offered him to run a camera and to locate where the problem exactly was so we could repair it but he was unhappy with the quote we gave him to locate the problem. Unfortunately we can not refund his money due to the amount of man hours that were spent at the property.

Review: I payed Dr. [redacted] $225 on 01-02-2015 for a septic inspection. My Realtor was in contact with [redacted] on Monday 01-12-2015 and was told by [redacted] that he would send him an e mail with the written report. my Realtor had sent numerous e mails and made numerous calls to [redacted] at Dr. [redacted] with no response. After numerous calls by myself on wed. 01-14-2015, I made contact with [redacted] late in the evening. [redacted] told me that My Realtor to expect a copy of the report by 12:00 noon on Thursday 01-15-2015. It is 5:05 pm on Thursday 01-15-2015 and we have no report, no contact, no phone call, nothing. Myself, my wife and Realtor have made numerous attempts to contact Dr. [redacted] via phone (two different numbers), text and e mail since 1:00 pm on Thursday 01-15-2015. We still have not received any contact what so ever from anyone at Dr. [redacted]. I need that report to close escrow. r. [redacted] has left me no choice but to call another plumbing company, pay for the same service I already paid Dr. [redacted] to perform. I DO EXPECT DR. [redacted] TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE I RECEIVE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY, OR FULL COMPENSATION FOR ANY PAYMENT I HAVE MADE TO DR. [redacted]. OR DR. [redacted] CAN GET ME MY REPORT BY FRIDAY 01-16-2015 BY NO LATER THAN 8:00 AM.Desired Settlement: I DO EXPECT DR.
