Professional, quality and friendly service. The team took care of explaining and showing us what we were breathing in through the vents. We saw before and after the work was done. We also had our dryer vent cleaned and what an amazing change to our drying time.
I highly recommend the Dr. Duct company for duct cleaning services. We will very certainly use their services again.

Dr. Duct came and did 3 hours work. When they sent the bill it included 3 hours at $149, material and misc. and then Cost to install material $149??
They did perform work for 3 hours at $149, material $254 (no idea) and then $50 misc. plus Cost to install material and supplies labour $149 or another hour. When asked what the charge was for they said it was for the running around getting the materials. When asked again they said it was a service call. Then they said they use a template that did not word it correctly. I told them I would definitely pay them if they could tell me what it was for.

We have gotten in touch with the customer and returned her cheque with the amount that she paid us with the invoice. She wrote us another cheque for the amount of the new invoice without that $149 charge plus tax.
Spoke to her on the phone, she says this is what she wanted to resolve this complaint and is happy and there is no other issues. I told her I would send an email to the Revdex.com and then Revdex.com would get in touch with her.
We quoted the customer $1,000 to do the job and she agreed to that price when she called us back hours later to book and confirm the job would be done. We billed her the invoice of $900 for the job with a breakdown of what we did. It was less then what we quoted because we didn't need all the time that was estimated and supplies and material were less.
We had the $149 in our quote but we did not break down the quote in it's entirety. When she saw the breakdown, she had a problem with it. We explained what it's for and she still had a problem and did not agree with us even though the price was less then quoted. We explained this to her a few times.

They did reduce the $149 stated as discount. They never explained what the cost was for as they stated. They repeatedly explained what it was NOT for. I told them every time, I will pay the entire amount if I know what it is for. When they attempted to explain it, they had 3 different answers. Even on the phone to resolve this, he started telling me what it was not for and they were staying within the quoted amount.
