Complaint? ID of 12364971J [redacted] is? correct that the online descriptions provide dimensions of the bag in question with options for either smaller or larger ones? It unfortunate that this information was not read or ignored, but we do all we can to make this information easily seen as it costs a lot to ship such large items (wheeled hockey bags).IW offers no prepaid return shipping on such items due to their size, similar to leg pads, goals, etc? IW charges only $to ship these items, but as this customer found, it costs a lot more to ship and IW takes a loss on shipping in doing so at just $? This complaint seems largely to be directed at the cost to return the item, which is charged by FedEx/UPS at $I would agree that that expensive, but naturally we do not have any control over the rates at UPS/FedEx and we would love to see the cost go down as well for the reason mentioned above.A full refund upon return is of course fineIW allows up to days to return for a full refund, as long as the item is new.Exchange is welcomed as well if there another bag of interest.I can be reached direclty at ***@IceWarehouse.com if need be?
