THIS DENTIST IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZEDTOOK HIM MONTH TO CALL ME BACK AFTER I PLACED AT LEAST A DOZEN CALLS TO HIMTHEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE OR ADDRESS ISSUES IN A TIMELY MANNER

Review: I AM NOT ABLE TO GET MY X-RAY AND SCAN RESULTS. I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL. THEY DID NOT. I HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES, FILLED OUT A RELEASE AND WAS NEVER TOLD WHY THEY DID NOT GIVE ME THE RESULTS IN THE FIRST PLACE. I WAS NEVER GIVEN THESE RESULTS EVEN OVER THE PHONE, NOR WAS I TOLD WHAT THE RESULTS WERE. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $25.00 FOR DUPLICATING FEES. I WILL NOT PAY A FEE FOR THE RESULTS I AM ENTITLED TO. I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS WRONG. THEY REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE OR RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.Desired Settlement: I WANT A COPY OF MY X-RAYS AND SCAN AND AN EXPLAINATION AS TO WHY THEY WILL NOT COOPERATE OR EVEN CALL?
