It’s important to communicate that [redacted]’s [redacted] understand his receptionists/staff members never returned my calls regarding the issue. They either communicated to me “Will see what we can do and let you know” famous expression, or passed the phone to another staff member where I had to start from the beginning ending up with the same famous expression mentioned above.  At one occasion, one staff member tried to convince me that there is nothing doctor's office can do because it’s the Lab’s problem – probably wanted me to stop calling. Also, the [redacted] should know that it is the doctor’s office responsibility to verify insurance before ordering Lab tests and make sure they accept the patients Insurance before the visit.   
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

As discussed over the phone, I am emailing you to state that as we speak our billing...

department is working with on resolving the issues that patient has with [redacted] and her insurance company. Our billing department has provided [redacted] with additional diagnosis codes that hopefully will enable [redacted] in getting the services provided to the patient covered by her insurance company. 
 
It is important to note that every time the patient has called our office, we have promptly responded to all of her complains, questions and concerns. Patient has called several times regarding this matter, and every time she calls our office, we immediately call our [redacted] representative who always promises us that she will call patient and get things sorted out. 
 
Also, it is important to note that diagnosis codes initially provided to [redacted] were accurate and to the best of our knowledge, and patients can not dictate what diagnosis codes we should provide to get things covered by their insurance company. Diagnosis codes have to be generated by the physician to the extent that he/she feels is the right code that truthfully describes patient's condition or family/medical history.
