I hired DrEnergy Saver to complete a proposed job for energy conservation for my home After some initial mishaps with their office staff with reference to their poor communication with job scheduling, my five day job is now complete and I cannot possibly be more satisfied This is quite a compliment, as I am an extremely meticulous and fussy customer! My crew manager, Johnny L*** did such an exceptional job on my home, I would not hesitate to have him and his entire crew back into my home in any capacity MrL*** is a wonderfully communicative and patient professional He completed my extensive job with such expert perfectionistic qualities, that I happily opted for more services than I initially agreed to in order to make my home more fully functioning, and in order to have the most healthy outcome for my entire family I now know what the skeleton of my home used to look like and why I was having so many other issues that were related to the extensive energy loss from my home (mice, flies, mold and all of the issues that go with these health hazards) MrL*** went above and beyond to complete this solid job to my full satisfaction and would not complete any task unless he had my personal inspection and approval He and his crew treated my home as if it were their own You cannot ask for more when having a work crew in your home to complete any job

Review: I hired ct Dr. Energy Saver to abate fiberglass insulation in our attic and breezeway and replace with clised cell spray foam...Jimmy the sales rep came out and gave us a quote for [redacted] spray foam stating after 3inches spray foam is inpenetrable....a couple months later two workers frpm the company came out to start the abatement process on the humidest week of august...halfway through the abatement the building inspector for [redacted] made a surprise visit and shut down the job because the company failed to pull the necessary permits, nevet having stated in contract that the homeowner was responsible for the pulling of permits and that the code statewide and region wide for all insulation is [redacted]...the company was not going to insulate up to code....several calls to the company later from project manager dave stated they had never run into this issue before and that they always do [redacted]...when educated code is [redacted] the company backpedalled and tried to sell blown in cellulose even though we wanted closed cell spray foam...needless to say we put the job back out to bid at [redacted]...the company has yet to issue a refund...or collect their lights they left in our attic and left the house with half the inaulation removed causing the house to be unlivable because of the heatDesired Settlement: We paid a deposit 1300....the whole house abatement was 1400 ..the company only abated half the house...would also like the company to puck up their lamps
