Dr. Energy Savers

I had a complete encapsulation and ground water mitigation done by Dr. Energy Saver in Happy Valley, Oregon a few years ago for over $30,000. The $2000+ dehumidifier failed after a year and was replaced, which failed after 4 1/2 years. Now, trying to get replacement under warranty is a real waste of time and energy (of all things). I expect a warranty to be on the equipment by the manufacturer based on the installation date, but apparently Dr. Energy Saver thinks I should just pay $2200 every 5 years for a replacement.

We had Dr. Energy Saver come to our home and they did a wonderful job! Our home is way more comfortable, we are saving a ton of energy costs and overall it was the best investment we've made to our home yet! The sales rep was extremely detailed and knowledgeable and the installers were fast, efficient, and clean. I strongly recommend Dr. Energy Saver and their services.
