Review: My Aunt and Uncle have Signa insurance and were referred to this Dentist office. After their teeth cleaning and check up the Dentist said that my uncle needed to have three teeth recrowned because there was decay around all three crowns. They were told that if they did not have the work done that my uncle would be in great pain if a crown fell off due to decay. At that point it turned into "lets put this on a credit card right now and take of this". My brother who took them to the appointment did not like the way they made it seem like it had to happen right now or he could be in a lot of pain. I thought we should get a second opinon from another Dentist so I made an appointment with My Dentist [redacted]. We had Dr. [redacted]l exam and x-ray my uncles teeth and check out the "decay". Dr. [redacted]l said that my uncle had no decay around the crowns and needed no work on these three teeth. I called the office of Richard E. Warner and talked to the office manager and told him this and he said they had x-rays that showed the decay and that was it. I feel that the high presure tactics that were applied to my uncle and aunt was very unethical. I hope this is not happing to alot of senior citizens in the Sun City area.Desired Settlement: Would like someone to check them out and find out if this is happening to alot of people. We trust our health care providers are doing a good job with our health care, but I feel they were trying to take advantage of the fact that my Aunt and Uncle are elderly. The whole situation seemed to be a money deal.
