I was charged for expensive upgrades for my prescription glasses, but the lab where the glasses were made was invoiced for standard lenses. $130 diff I am writing this to rectify a situation that was discovered while ordering my new frames and lenses through [redacted] this year. There seems to be a discrepancy with the order I made on 4/03/20013 after my yearly eye exam that you performed. I have been totally dissatisfied with the quality of lens I received last year especially because I opted for the best upgrades available, the Ultra upgrades. These upgrades cost $285.00 dollars, which I am fine with, being that I wanted the very best. The problem is that after a inspection of my lenses was made a call to [redacted] was made, and the upgrades I requested was not correctly ordered by your office. The invoice from your office to [redacted] reflects only standard upgrades for the lenses not the Ultra upgrades I wanted and paid for. I paid $285.00 for Ultra upgrades to my lenses and received standard upgrades instead. [redacted] states that I should have paid $155.00 for the standard upgrades I received.[redacted] has mailed me a copy of the invoice that was sent from your office for this order and I have my proof of payment to your office. [redacted] requests that I contact you for a refund of $130.00 for over-payment. This just may be a clerical error from your office staff when the order was placed nevertheless you can understand my disappointment when I found out that I did not get what I paid for.I look forward to your response after your investigation in to this matter.
