This place is a joke.I ordered a product over weeks ago and am still waiting.Their customer service is lousy and they Do Not have fast shippingI would rather pay more and have my product on time-I'll never recommend them or order from them again
They sent me a battery that was lesser than what was advertized and what I paid for. They agreed to a partial refund for that, never followed through or responded to emails on this refund.
Battery now will not hold a full charge (I get the same readings on a multimeter and Solar charge controller), when I contacted them they requested in an email that I take it to a shop to have tested before I can return it. I got it 5 weeks ago.
I don't know if I'm more annoyed at their inability to be honest and ethical, or, more amazed/humored that someone selling products online would be this stupid and not act appropriately and treat customers well. It's not like the people they lie to and rip off don't have an avenue to tell each other about it these days.
