My daughter and I were patients in this office until Feb 2012. Beginning in October 2012, I began receiving bills from the dentist in the amount of $60. My daughter was on Medicaid (which fully covered her services) and I paid in full out of pocket after each of my appointments so we did not have an outstanding balance. Every time I received a bill, I called and was told I would have an audit done on my account to find out what the charge was for. This happened six times, and every time nobody would get back to me. Today I received a bill for over $600 and was told again that an audit would be done and someone would call me back. At this point, I have no faith in anyone at the office and highly doubt that I will hear anything from the office until I receive another bill next month.
