by the office on the 26th of May 2015 to get a refund. It usually takes upto 2 weeks to research if a refund can be given and how much to refund. We had the refund done and ready for [redacted] to pick up on the 8th of June 2015. She came into the office to get it on the 12th of June 2015. See attached log.
