 P.S. I want all of the money refunded to me. I don't want him to take out $5.95 for return shipping fee. No that's not fair. He never ordered my battery and he ripped me off. He got what he got out of me and now he should refund every single penny back to me  in the amount of $43.55. Thank You.

Review: On May *, 2014, I went into this store to get the battery replaced for my Droid 4 cell phone because it exploded on me. The [redacted] at first ignored me for a 10-15 minutes by doing other things other than taking caring . I was the only customer in the store for that period of time. Then somebody else walked in and he took care of that customer before me. Then 10 minutes after that , he finally acknowledged me. I told him I wanted the battery replaced for my Droid 4. I showed him the battery and then he looked onto his laptop to order a new battery. He said he ordered a new battery and he said it was going to cost $40 plus tax to have it delivered to the store. The total cost of the battery was $43.55. I paid him with my debit card and he told me the battery will come in by Wednesday, May *, 2014. He told me to come back then. I believe he never placed the order for my new battery. I believe he just ripped me off for $40 plus the tax. I went back May *, and I asked him if my battery arrived yet. He didn't even ask for my invoice/receipt or anything. He was very rude to me and he said that the battery didn't come yet and he said that the mailman did't deliver my battery yet. He said that he comes like twice a day. I asked him when the mailman was going to deliver the battery. He said he didn't know maybe later. He said he was going to call me on my landline phone when the battery comes in, but he never did. Also the battery was never delivered to the store. I believe he never ordered the new battery. Then on Friday, May *, I went back to the new store and asked him if the new battery arrived. He told me he still haven't received it yet. I asked him for a refund and he refused to give it to me. I then told him I don't need the battery anymore because I bought a new and better cell phone the day before. I got my phone upgraded. He then told me he can't cancel the order and that the battery will be on it's way. He then yelled at me and told me he can't refund my money on an order that he placed on Friday, May *. He caused me to be phoneless for that week. It's been a week since I asked him to order a new phone battery.Desired Settlement: Hopefully, I get refunded my money for a battery that I never received and that his store goes out of business for poor customer service and ripping me off.

Review: On Tuesday September [redacted] 2013. I entered Dr.Game and Wireless and purchased one copy of Grand Theft Auto V for the Xbox 360 from an employee at this store. Upon returning home and beginning to install the disk on my xbox, I was given an error that stated that the disk is unreadable. I tried multiple times and it did not work.I then returned to the store asking for an exchange and I was greeted with an abrupt and a rude no. I explained the problem at length and he refused to listen. He then took my game disc and put it in one of the in store Xboxes to receive the same problem. He did this twice and the problem persisted. He kept saying that it was not his issue and that he was not the one that made the game. The issue is that he sold me faulty merchandise and I returned to him the person who sold it to me to rectify the situation and he did no such thing.He mockingly gave me his card as I left the establishment.Desired Settlement: I would like a new copy of the game I payed 65 dollars for plain and simple.If that cannot be done I would like a full refund so I can take my business elsewhere.

The consumer is complaining that I had sold him faulty merchandise and did not help him/her with the situation. The customer did not present the original sales receipt, so that is the reason I could not replace the defective merchandise. The return policy is if the item is not damaged and the customer has the original receipt of the purchase, then the item can be exchanged and/or replaced. I understand the customer's situation and to help him I will do the following: if the item is not damaged, I will make an exception and replace the customer's item without a receipt in this case.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.Although I would like to note that the first time I made the claim at the store I did have the original receipt with me. Also, today on the [redacted] of October 2013. I entered the store after reading the proposed solution. I presented a printed copy to the store owner as well as the original receipt and he then exchanged my copy. I would like to sincerely thank the Revdex.com for your assistance in this matter it is greatly appreciated.
