Complainant is subcontractor hired by owner of property ONLY.COMPLAINANT was fired from the job for shoddy work by the ownerSince the owner fired the complainant he is trying to rip off as many people as possibleCOMPLAINANT NEVER PAID ANY MONEY TO DR GARAGE DOORCONTACT WAS BETWEEN DR GARAGE DOOR AND PROPERTY OWNER ONLY.Because this subcontractor was such a horrible person, Dr Garage Door returned the deposit DIRECTLY TO THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY WHO SIGNED THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT AND CHECK AND REFUSED TO DO THE WORKTHE SUBCONTRACTOR MAKING THIS COMPLAINT HAS NO GROUNDS TO DEMAND ANYTHINGHE IS NOT THE PROPERTY OWNER AND DID NOT PAY DR GARAGE DOOR ANY MONEY.Because the property owner fired and refused to pay the complainant for shoddy work, he has filed complaints against all other contractors hired by the property owner in an attempt to get money he is not entitled toWe have sued him in small claims courtThe court cannot find this subcontractor as his phone is disconnected and his address is invalid

Her husband received a refund before this complaint was even filed by money order this morning because we refuse to do work for themThey are unreasonable and Demanded free parts without paying for them that was not part of the original agreementThe refund was issued before the complaint was even

I am rejecting this response because:After filing Revdex.com complaint, merchant was notified and was angry, merchant called my husband, asking why we did this? Maybe, After being paid for a service he did not provide? Merchant hung up on husband, merchant called back saying let's meet at gas station in area. This was 4 hours after filing Revdex.com complaint. After repeated missed deadlines of merchants choosing. He had numerous opportunities to do the right thing. I took time stamped photo of merchant at gas station. Merchant gave us a money order for full amount of our deposit at this time. This complaint is resolved. We have since hired another reputable company and had the job done within 24 hours.
