I am purchasing a house and the seller used ACS Title and Closing to handle all the closing statements The company decided to send all my information out via insecure emails containing all my sensitive information (address, SSN, phone #, etc) I called and asked if they had a secure means of doing this because this can cause identify theft issues and was told "no, and we will be sending your information out to several more people by the time you close."
