I am responding to the complaint brought against our office by Ms. [redacted] ID# [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] contacted me on Wednesday July 15 to let me know she had moved out of state and would be discontinuing treatment at our office for her son. I explained to her that I would be leaving the...
next day and be out of the office until July 21,2015 at a continuing education seminar, at which time she told me no hurry take my time.I discontinued automatic payments from coming out of her account. I have since filled out the appropriate paperwork and am awaiting approval by Dr Gen at which time I will contact the patient and let them know if they owe us, we owe them or the treatment and amount paid ends up being equal.
