Reflecions Laser performed laser hair removal on my wife's legs, resulting in 2nd & 3rd degree burns. Dr [redacted] has offered a refund of all the money we have spent with him, which doesn't begin to address the impact this avoidable mishap is causing us, but to which we've agreed. This resolution was agreed to after a litany of previously unfulfilled commitments, but agreed to nonetheless. [redacted] has again failed to deliver on his promise.
