Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint I [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am not satisfied with this resolution because I have tried to contact the Droffice several times to rectify this matter, and I have never received a follow up response based on my phone calls or personal visit DrBruno's office has had a months to contact the appropriate insurance company and has failed to do so I have evidence from [redacted] that they have not submitted a proper claim Instead of contacting the proper insurance company whom I gave DrBruno's office the proper contact information for the insurance company, this office has sent me another bill I will not accept any response from this office until they have contacted the appropriate insurance company and made the following adjustments Regards, [redacted]

On October 11th, 2011 the patient's [redacted] was billed. After no payment was made, [redacted] was again billed on June 8th, 2012, On June 28th, 2012 an EOB was issued to our office from [redacted]. Our office is only able to receive an Explanation of Benefits if an insurance carrier is billed correctly. Therefore, this remains an insurance issue.
