[redacted] did fill out a cancellation form for both her and her son on 11/*/However, we require days’ notice so we have time to take member out of our billing systemThis information is clearly started in the contract that was filled out and signed by [redacted] and her son when they joined the gymThere was a glitch in our billing system for Dec and [redacted] was not charged the prorated amount for her last monthThe price for Dec should have been $instead of her $89.99.We apologizes for the inconvenience and would like to refund her for the $in totalThis is equal to the prorated rate that should have been charged to her and her sonWe have amended our process to include a double check system to insure that other customers are not similarly inconvenienced *Signed contracts can provided upon request.
