This issue has been resolvedOur vehicle has been returned to us and we returned hers to herWe also got her old loan reinstated with her previous bank as well as refunded her down paymentWhen the bank reinstated her loan they returned the payoff back to us but did not take out the payments We cut a check for the payments and mailed it to [redacted] General Manager

We reached out to [redacted] the day we received this complaint-Sept 8, 2017 to resolve this problem.We found out that a check had been issued on April 12, 2017 and it had gone to the lender listed on the Kentucky website [redacted]. The check was returned because they were not the lender. We spoke to...

Mr. [redacted] and explained the problem and apologized for the trouble he had getting in touch with someone here who could help him. We have been having phone difficulties and in fact are switching out our phone system because of problems like this one. We got another check out to the actual lender and we are correcting the lien holder of record with the state of Kentucky.We believe this issue has been resolved to everyone's satisfaction.Sincerely,
