Dr. Green Services

We called and cancelled our service with Dr green in the fall and in the spring they showed up and billed us for a service. We tried to call a number of times and even left our number for a call back but never heard from them. We then sent an e-mail telling them to cancel our service and surprise they showed up again and did an expensive service. We tried calling again and after many failed attempts and an e-mail finally got through. I spoke to a women who said she would investigate our complaint. Weeks later we haven't heard from her but we did hear from the billing department who would not put us though to a manager or offer us any solutions to the problem.

DO NOT sign up with this organization. I used their service during 2014. They were not able to resolve my lawn issues and I cancelled my service at the end of 2014. SURPRISE...they showed u twice in 2015 and applied treatments to my lawn without my consent and then sent a bill. After calling them, they informed me that they are auto renewal meaning the service rolls over to the next year whether or not you want their service or are satisfied with it. They make harassing phone calls and apply ridiculous fees to your bill even after being told that you are willing to work with them to come to a resolution. BEWARE of the AUTO RENWAL and they unsatisfactory lawn care.
